Texture-Wall offers an extremely broad variety of patterns, materials, finishes and installation choices. In order to translate your interests and requirements into an accurate product specification, it is important to help you understand all of the product options and terms used to describe these options.
Pattern Number: Every pattern has an identifying number such as "SOT 001, or "POP 001." The pattern number is the first identifying choice as indicated in the samples which follow.
Material: Patterns are available in the following standard materials:
High Density Fiberboard (HDF)
Class A Fire Rated Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF)
Solid Wood (Must have a backer)
Through color Medium Density Fiberboard
Cast Acrylic Sheet
Panel Size: The standard panel size is 48"X96". Custom panels can be produced up to 60" wide and up to 120" long. Not all material is available in the larger sizes. Please contact entaLeis to determine material availability for custom projects.
For multiple panel projects, you should determine the best size for all individual panels in the project layout and create a dimensional layout sketch.
Panel Thickness: Refers to the thickness of the raw stock prior to machining. After machining, the thickest of panel will be slightly less than this nominal panel thickness. Stock thickness rnages from slightly less than 3/8" to 1.5" and depends on the pattern, installation method, and material availability. See "INSTALLATION METHODS" for further information on thickness specification.
Pattern Depth: Refers to the deepest cut that is made in the raw stock in order to produce the pattern. Most patterns are offered in only one depth, but a few have multiple depth options. If the pattern chosen is indicated to have multiple depth options, please indicate the desired pattern depth on your sketch.
